Rx Textiles, Inc. buys PVA product line from Trulife

August 2nd, 2012 – Monroe, NC – Rx Textiles, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the PVA product line from Trulife.  According to the contract signed by the two companies, Rx Textiles will own, manufacture and sell the Trulife PVA product line to new and existing customers through its subsidiary, SPT Technology.

Joe Davant, President of Rx Textiles, states:  “The acquisition of the Trulife PVA product line is a strong strategic fit with our existing products at SPT Technology and helps solidify our position as industry leader for lamination materials.  Our number one priority in the short term is to make sure the existing customer base is taken care of and the transition runs as smoothly as possible”

Noel Murphy, Chief Executive Officer of Trulife, states:  “Selling the PVA Bag product line to Rx Textiles, allows us to dedicate more resources to our core products and services.  We are confident that our customers of the PVA product line will continue to see the excellence, as well as the high quality of service from Rx Textiles, that they have become accustomed to from Trulife.”
